The Fit and Fabulous Health and Wellness Expo is the premier women’s health initiative in Dallas – Fort Worth and the surrounding area. The event is in its fourth year, and it will be held October 28, 2023 at the Hilton Garden Inn Lewisville Convention Center from 9 am until 3 pm and is produced through partnership between Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Tau Rho Omega Chapter and the Women of Pearls Community Action Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization.
This year's theme is "Health and Wellness Homecoming" complete with cheerleaders, a drum line and tailgating! There will be an exhibit hall of local health and wellness vendors, health screenings and timely health provider panel discussions. Admission is free through the generosity of our sponsors.
