Expo Home Improvement of Carrollton has promoted Michael Flores from Chief Operating Officer to President. Flores has been a dedicated member of the organization for the last six years, initially joining as Director of Sales and quickly advancing to Chief Operating Officer.

While Flores steps into his new role, Dietzler will focus on long-term strategic initiatives, including finding a new office location in North Texas. In addition, he will collaborate with team members on the internal and external projects with Collective Way, Expo Home’s philanthropic arm. “I will continue to ensure our culture remains aligned with our mission and vision,” assured Dietzler.
