Hey there, Hope you're doing well! Just wanted to drop you a quick note to remind you that May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it's an incredibly important issue for all of us. Here at First Grapevine UMC, we fully recognize the significance of mental health in our lives and within our community of faith. We wanted to personally invite you to join us on June 4th, from noon to 5 PM, in the Family Life Center for a free mental health expo. We're bringing together a group of medical and health professionals who will be hosting informative breakout sessions throughout the event. These sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including parenting, depression, sleep, anxiety, addiction, men's health, dementia, and more. We believe that by fostering open conversations and providing valuable resources, we can make a positive impact on mental health within our community. So, mark your calendar and make sure to swing by the expo. It'll be a fantastic opportunity to learn, connect, and support one another. Remember, mental health matters, and we're here to stand with you. See you on June 4th!
