C-FB ISD Council PTA is launching its 13th Annual Gently Used Book Sale. Gently used books, CDs, DVDs and computer software are being collected by each C-FB ISD campus now for the sale which will occur February 27 through March 2. This sale expects nearly 100,000 items to be sorted and "shoppable" when doors open Thursday, February 27.

Campus PTA will receive credit for the items donated, so if you have a special campus, consider bringing them there!

Volunteers will be preparing the items for sale and sorting them into categories so shoppers can find what they're looking for. Childrens fiction and nonfiction, adult fiction and nonfiction, reference materials and more will be available for sale.

All proceeds benefit students and educators in C-FB ISD through teacher grants, student scholarships, campus education programs, healthy living initiatives, leadership training and more.

The sale will occur at the Northcrest Village Shopping Center, (3044 Old Denton Rd. — Southeast corner of Old Denton and Frankford) in Carrollton. Doors open at 10 a.m. on February 27.
