The holidays just got a little easier. Big Al’s BBQ is now taking orders for traditional smoked meats.  Whole Turkeys (hickory smoked or Cajun fried), spiral smoked Hams, whole smoked Briskets, and hickory smoked Pork Loins ($74-$106) are available to take home for the holidays.  The order deadline for all of Big Al's Christmas take home items is December 20th.   

In addition to the whole meat offerings, holiday take-home bundles include:

  • Family Feast for $155 with a whole Smoked Turkey, Smashed Potatoes, seasoned Green Beans, Cornbread Dressing, Turkey Gravy, Cranberry Sauce and 12 freshly baked Dinner Rolls.  For an additional $10 substitute the Smoked Turkey for a Cajun Fried Turkey, Spiral Ham or Pork Loin instead. (Feeds 8-10)
  • Holiday Dinner for $99 with sliced Smoked Turkey and Ham, Smashed Potatoes, seasoned Green Beans, Cornbread Dressing, Turkey Gravy, Cranberry Sauce and 6 freshly baked Dinner Rolls. (Feeds 4-6)
  • Side Feast for $99 with Smashed Potatoes, seasoned Green Beans, Cornbread Dressing, Turkey Gravy, Cranberry Sauce and 12 freshly baked Dinner Rolls. 

Don’t forget to add Big Al’s made-from-scratch Cobbler, Banana Pudding or Bread Pudding that serves 18-20 people for $40 each.
