Diamond and Platinum Lead Texas DYNAMIX Plano at Texas Tough

The Diamond and Patinum XCEL gymnasts from Texas DYNAMIX Plano competed individually at the Dallas Hilton Anatole Hotel. Texas Tough Gymnastics Invitational was held on February 27, 2021.THe XCEL program has five levels.  The top two levels are Diamond and Platinum.

Elliana Young, Diamond Level, in the Junior division,  won Vault with 9.025 and Bars with 9.3. She was runnerup on Floor with 9.5 and All-Around with 36.425. Her 5th event was Beam with an 8.6 for fourth place.

Ashleigh Brown and Caroline Hathaway competed at the Platinum Level, in the Senior division. Ashleigh scored an 8.05 for 14th place. Caroline best was 3rd place on Beam, 9.1 and Floor, 9.275.She earned two sixth places, Bars, 8.6 and All-Around, 35.675. Her fifth event was Bars, placing 7th with an 8.6.
