Elmwood, Oak Cliff

This land, which was once the Tennessee Farm dairy, boasts a quiet, picturesque atmosphere. Adding to the quaint environment, Elmwood includes a park full of pecan, oak, elm and hackberry trees. The neighborhood is the perfect place for residents to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, while living just 10 miles southwest of downtown Dallas.

Waterview Preservation Association (WPA), Richardson

Southridge Lakes, Southlake

The Southridge Lakes community offers several lakes, four tennis courts, a swimming pool and a basketball and volleyball court.
